Congratulations to all District winners!  We are happy and excited to see you compete at the State level.  All District winners need  to submit their applications to the State Submission list by midnight on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. All winners must resubmit even if the application hasn't been revised. 

• If you have a District Star Discovery winner submit to the IL 2021 Discovery Star list.  

• If you have a District State FFA Degree Star winner submit to the IL 2021 State Star - State list

• If you have a District Proficiency Award Winner submit to the IL 2021 Proficiency - State list

Feedback for all Star and Proficiency winners has been turned on. We waited until today to turn on the feedback in order to complete all judging and rule out any discrepancies before turning the feedback on.  

To view feedback follow these steps:  

1. Login in AET with your teacher account. 

2. Go to Reports 

3. Then go to Degree Application Manager

4. Then in the top ? of your screen you will see State Submission List and Feedback - click on that

5. Then go to the top and scroll to IL 2021 Proficiency - District and then click on that

6. The screen will then open all of your apps that were judged at the District level and then you can click on the word feedback to view the pdf of the score and the feedback that was provided. 

Since turning on feedback is something new, we hope that you and your students find it beneficial.  

As mentioned before, State Awards Day is set for Saturday, March 27, 2021 and will be conducted virtually via Zoom.  We are currently working on that schedule. If your student has any conflicts with that day, please let me know by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16, 2021.   You must email me the conflicting issue and the time that day the student could find a 20 minute window of time to conduct their interview via Zoom.  Email mbunselmeyer@illinoisffa.org  We will do all that we can to be flexible and accommodate conflicts.  

More information about the schedule for State Awards Day will come out following the schedule getting  made.  A reminder, we need at least 175 judges for State Awards Day all teachers with District winners are expected to sign up for judging, as well as any other teachers who are willing to help.  Please sign up NO later than Noon, Wednesday, March 17, 2021.  Click here to sign up as a 2021 Illinois FFA Proficiency State Awards Day judge.  Originally we stated that you would be emailed score sheets and codes by Saturday, March 20, 2021. Since we extended the time to submit winning applications, we will be emailing score sheets and codes no later than March 22, 2021.
