Duties
Expertise in welding, carpentry, woodworking, engineering, and/or small engine repair and metal
fabrication. Candidates must hold Illinois Educator Licensure for Industrial Arts OR may be an individual with work experience in any of the above fields, who is willing to seek provisional certification. Superior communication and student engagement skills, a positive outlook and the willingness to work as part of a team are essential. Unity is a 1:1 school, knowledge and expertise in 21st Century teaching strategies is required. Salary and benefits are based on education and experience as per the teacher contract.
