If speaking at a hearing, you must submit a written testimony form online (here). Even if not attending a hearing in person, individuals are still encouraged to submit written testimony via the online form on behalf of the agricultural education line item. Attached are two documents with details regarding the current line item and a guidance document for information requested on the online written testimony form.
