To give the Illinois Cooperative Council more information in planning a summer 2021 student youth conference, please complete this 30 second survey by Thursday. The youth conference rotates between Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and Western Illinois University at Macomb. Thank you.
Youth Conference
Each June, the Illinois Cooperative Council hosts a two-day youth conference for high school students. During the event, students learn about the cooperative principles and tour local cooperative businesses while staying on campus and getting a taste of college life. Students also participate in hands-on activities that teach how cooperative businesses work in a variety of sectors.
