REVISION on Scholarship!
Highland Community College would like to announce some exciting news related to Summer 2021 CASE Institute Scholarships and Training. Thanks to the Illinois GAST (Growing Agricultural Science Teachers) Grant, we will be awarding $23,000 worth of CASE scholarships to both pre-service and in-service teachers.
The scholarship award for in-service teachers is $2,500 and the scholarship award for pre-service teachers is $1,700, reflecting the reduced cost of CASE trainings for pre-service teachers.
These scholarships can ONLY BE given to pre-service and 0-5 year teachers. These scholarships can be applied to
ANYCASE Institute. However, preference for the scholarships will be given to teachers that elect to attend the AFNR (Agriculture Food and Natural Resources) Institute being hosted

HERE. Most CASE trainings for 2021 will be 100% virtual. As you explore the CASE website for training options, many of the institutes may look to be full. Do not allow this to prevent you from applying for a scholarship or joining registration wait list as more CASE Institutes are being added weekly. Demand for virtual CASE Institutes has been unprecedentedly high, and CASE is working diligently to meet the demands.
