Convention Registration is OPEN!

At this time, we are allowing every award winner to be in attendance with up to three family members.  Each chapter will also be allowed 5 members & 2 advisors as well (beyond award recipients and their families).  Additional spots may be available as COVID guidelines change.  Please monitor listserv messages for any potential updates to additional registration offerings.

Registration Fee:

• FFA Advisors - Maximum 2 - FREE - COMPLIMENTS of Country Financial (please email Patti Davis at pdavis@illinoisffa.org if additional advisors).

• Members, Award Winners, & Guests - $25 per person (Delegates' instructions below)

• Please mail in a check or pay by credit card vs. bringing payment to the events.

• If you are attending a district site & the State FFA Convention then your registration will be good at both sites. 

• On-Site Registration will be offered, but please register the majority of your registrations by May 15, 2021.

Delegates (up to 2 members from each chapter) will be able to attend a virtual business session on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. and elections (in-person or virtual attendance) for Elections Session, Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.  Delegate registration must be completed by May 15, 2021 to create their delegate accounts and reserve their free convention t-shirt for serving as a delegate.  Please click here for the Delegate registration form.  NOTICE:  Even if your delegates will be in person for ELECTIONS on June 10, 2021, ALL DELEGATES MUST be registered via our google form.  ALL delegates will be using their own electronic device for voting again this year, we WILL NOT have clickers for voting during elections.  

In-Person Regional Events:

• District 1 & 2 Award Winners - Tuesday, June 1, 2021 will be at the Cornbelters' Corn Crib, 1000 W Raab Rd., Normal, IL.  Opening Ceremonies will begin at 3:00 p.m.

• District 5 Award Winners - Friday, June 4, 2021 will be at Southern Illinois University, Saluki Stadium, 2 Arena Dr., Carbondale, IL.  Opening Ceremonies will begin at 5:00 p.m.

• District 3 & 4 Award Winners - Wednesday, June 9, 2021 will be at the Illinois State Fairgrounds Grandstand in Springfield, IL. Opening Ceremonies will begin at 3:00 p.m.

• State FFA Convention – Tuesday, June 8 begins at 3:00 p.m. & Thursday, June 10th begins at 1:00 p.m.

All COVID 19 protocols will continue to be enforced. All attendees must wear masks and social distancing is required while remaining within your chapter/family unit. 

Official FFA Dress is required for all in person events.
