Convention Update: Great NEWS!
Due to the announcement of the Governor’s office, click here, the Illinois FFA Convention will remove the restriction on the number of students and guests that schools can register for each site. We will also extend the pre-registration deadline to Monday, May 17, 2021 at 5:00 pm. If you have already registered and would like to add more students to your registration, please contact the FFA Center and ask them to unsubmit your registration. Once we do that, you can submit a new registration. We are also extending the deadline to register your delegates to Monday, May 17, 2021.
On that note, we have 354 FFA Chapters in Illinois. Every FFA Chapter has the opportunity to vote. Each school has two votes. That’s two voices from each school who have the power to select our next team of leaders. Empower your students and your school by signing them up as delegates. With allowing voters to vote remotely and in person, this year has the potential to set a record for the most voting members for our State convention elections. Sign them up!
Please click here for the Delegate registration form. NOTICE: Even if your delegates will be in person for ELECTIONS on June 10, 2021, ALL DELEGATES MUST be registered via our google form. ALL delegates will be using their own electronic device for voting again this year. We WILL NOT have clickers for voting during elections. EVEN if you haven’t registered for convention yet, you MUST sign up your delegates by Monday, May 17, 2021. Sign them up now and complete your registration another time or even on site if you have to, but get those delegates assigned on the google form in this message NOW.
