CONVENTION TIP of the DAY for Monday, May 24, 2021- Chapter Packets

Advisors, here are some steps that will make your life easier when you check in at State Convention and your get your chapter registration packet: 

• Step 1:  Open the chapter packet, you will find a bag with buttons and a folder.  

• Step 2:  Give the bag of buttons to a trusted student to hand buttons out to everyone while you check the packet folder.  

• Step 3:  Advisors open the Folder in the chapter packets and you will find on the left hand side the Stage Appearance Cards - those are your “tickets” for backstage access.  DO NOT lose or forget those cards.  On the right hand side are certificates for your chapter/chapter members.  

• Step 4:  Take your Stage Appearance Cards with you and ENJOY convention!

Notes:  

• DO NOT:  Leave the folder with the Stage Appearance cards on the Bus.  

• DO:  Send Stage Appearance Cards with your Chapter Members when they report backstage. 

• DO:  Bring your folder with Stage Appearance Cards with you on June 8 & 10, 2021. 

• DO NOT:  Forget your folder with the Stage Appearance Cards.
