Ag Teacher & FFA Advisor Vacancy

Hoopeston High School is seeking candidates for an agriculture teacher and FFA advisor for the 2021-2022 school year.  The high school has 340 students located 6 miles west of the Indiana State Line on State Route 9 in Section 18.  Located 55 minutes from Lafayette, 55 minutes from Champaign Urbana and north of Danville approximately 15-17 minutes. Rural area, strong Alumni and community support, greenhouse facilities open to new ideas a young, energetic teacher may bring to the table.  Current classes being taught include: Intro to Ag, Ag Science, BSAA, Ag Business Management, Horticulture, Food Science & Ag Mechanics.  The starting salary for B.S. 0 yrs for FY21 was $35,544.00 and 12% stipend.
