EXCITED to announce:  

Beginning May 11, 2020, Riley Duckworth will be serving as the Associate Director of the Illinois Foundation FFA. Riley, the daughter of Tim Duckworth and Sally Kittinger, is originally from Secor, IL. She moved to Eldorado at a young age, where she was raised on a farm by her step-father Bill Kittinger and her mother. Riley graduated from Eldorado High School in 2015. During high school, Riley was  actively involved in FFA, Interact Club, Beta Club, Basketball and Track. After graduation, Riley attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and received a Bachelors of Science degree in 2018. During her undergraduate career, Riley majored in Communication Studies with a specialization in Organizational Communication and a minor in Business Administration. Riley also served as the fundraiser chair, technology chair, AG Council representative and Panhellenic Delegate for Sigma Alpha and the Vice President of Philanthropy and Service on the Panhellenic Council. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree, Riley chose to continue her education at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and is currently working towards a Master Degree through the Public Administration program.  Throughout the program, Riley has focused her coursework on non-profit organizations and also completed an internship at the Illinois FFA Center in Summer 2019. Riley will graduate on May 9, 2020, and begin her new position on May 11, 2020. As the Associate Director, Riley’s primary responsibilities will include overseeing the stewardship of Foundation donors and logistics of the local collection drive as well as all marketing, branding and media of Illinois FFA Center organizations. Riley looks forward to beginning her new position and is excited to help the Illinois Foundation FFA grow to its full potential.
