The Illinois Cooperative Council Youth Conference will be held June 2-3 at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Check in begins at 4:00 p.m. on June 2, with SIU AgBassadors leading students in several fun campus activities. On June 3, students will learn about the cooperative principles, tour several local cooperative businesses, and work in groups to share what they’ve learned. The conference will wrap up by 3:00 p.m. on June 3.
Ag teachers are invited to attend professional development on June 3 while students are at the conference, and the ICC will provide dinner on June 2 at Giant City Lodge for any teachers who bring students and wish to join us!
