NOTICE:  Even if your delegates will be in person for ELECTIONS on June 16, 2022, ALL DELEGATES MUST be registered via our google form.  ALL delegates will be using their own electronic device for voting again this year, we WILL NOT have clickers for voting during elections.

Joining the Zoom meeting will allow you to view the sessions and the opportunity to conduct delegate dialogue. Simply click on the chat icon and select Adam Loker as the recipient to ask questions or make motions for the Business and Election sessions.  

Reminders for ALL when joining the Zoom meeting: 

• Only registered delegates will be allowed into the Zoom meeting rooms. 

  • MUST IDentify yourself with First Name, Last Name, then Chapter in that order.  

• Please wait to be let into the Zoom meeting. The FFA Board and Staff will be allowing delegates into the meeting based on the names and emails that were provided by FFA advisors who registered their delegates. So please identify yourself by the first and last name AND Chapter that your Advisor provided to us.

• All participants will be muted to reduce background noise and distraction.  To communicate with the Chair of the Session, Adam Loker, State FFA President, you MUST click on the chat icon.  

STEP 2:  Login to www.ttpoll.com either on a separate device or another window of the device you are using.  

Logging into www.ttpoll.com is the technology being used to actually VOTE in both the Business and Election Sessions.  When logging into www.ttpoll.com you MUST use the email address and password that was provided by your advisor for Delegate registration.  

Once logging into www.ttpoll.com, follow these STEPS: 

• Step 1: Open a web browser and go to www.ttpoll.com

• Step 2: Enter the Session ID - ilffa22

• Step 3: Log in with email address - the one your FFA Advisor provided

• Step 4: Enter password  - the one your FFA Advisor provided

• Step 5: You will see a page that shows Polling Closed, it will stay that way until there is an active vote open.

• Step 6: Once polling is open, the attendee will see the options on their screen.

• Step 7: Select the response or candidate of your choice at the bottom. You will see it highlighted when it is selected. 

* If you accidentally choose the wrong response, you are able to change it up until polling is closed.

To Note: If someone tries to log in on multiple devices, you will get an ERROR message. You are only able to log into www.ttpoll.com  one device at a time.
