Fair managers,
The state Pro-Rata payment has been calculated and is $174.61 per section. You have a budget of $13,000 as well.
If you have already had a fair: unlock (if locked) and lock to calculate results. Print, notarize, and send to the State Department of Ag as instructed on the first section. The state requests you complete this as soon as you can, but must be received by the State Department of Ag no later than September 28.
***PLEASE NOTE*** keep a copy before you send, mail with tracking/delivery confirmation, and keep that receipt.
Fair managers will receive payments for pro-rata within the next few weeks. Please inform your bookkeeper to be on the lookout for that payment.
Your school will be responsible for paying that out to the schools who are indicated in the first part of the fair report.
