American FFA Degree Photos
As explained in the American FFA Degree orientation packet, the professional photos taken at the national convention are provided for sale by Grad Images. Picture proof information has been emailed to those candidates in attendance. If candidates did not receive an email from Grad Images, they can contact Grad Images via their website, Gradimages.com or contact their customer service department, 1-800-261-2576.
Unclaimed Awards
All unclaimed awards from the convention will be shipped to the chapters by the end of the year. As a reminder, American FFA Degree certificates and keys and Agricultural Proficiency Award winner medals will be shipped after the replacement supply arrives. We do not anticipate this being before the first quarter of 2023.
National Chapter and Agriscience Fair Judge Feedback Reports
Feedback reports have been uploaded to each application submitted for national judging. These reports are located in the submitted application. On the left side, in the blue menu box, there is a new link titled “Judging Results PDF.” Members and chapters can select this to review their reports.
Deduction explanations or star reductions for National Chapter were sent on Nov. 4 to the respective state staff member.
Career and Leadership Development Events Score and Feedback Reports
Most Team Line (Score) and Feedback reports for career and leadership development events (CDEs/LDEs) have been uploaded to the Profile. Instructions are located in the How to Find Chapter CDE Results Reports document. A few reports are yet to be loaded due to the process of pulling them from Judging Card. Currently, the system provides a report icon for every possible report, even though we may not have an active report for the 2022 report. This is due to practicum rotations, not advancing to the next round or removal from this year’s event. These are placeholders for reports and must be left in for previous year reports to be accessed.

2022 SAE Grant Deadline
Please use your state communication networks to remind your advisors and members that the 2022 SAE Grant application closes Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 8 p.m. EST. Applications with all required signatures and recommendations must be electronically submitted by that time. 371 SAE Grants are available this year. The application can only be accessed through the FFA.org Application Center. For more information, see the flyer and the grant descriptions.

DUE SOON! State Day of Service Grants
The 2023 FFA State Day of Service Grants applications are due Tuesday, Nov. 15. This is a competitive funding opportunity for any state FFA association or foundation to apply for up to $8,000 to support a state-level day of service event. Only one grant per state will be awarded. The State Day of Service event may occur with a statewide FFA event or be a stand-alone event. Award notification will be sent by Monday, Dec. 5. National FFA Facilitator Opportunities
Applications are open for individuals interested in serving as facilitators for two National FFA programs in 2023. The application deadline is Tuesday, Nov. 15, for the State Officer Programs facilitator role and the Washington Leadership Conference director, education coordinator, and facilitator roles.
