
The Illinois FFA Center is excited to announce the new position of Associate Director of Student Recognition. This new position will join a team of dedicated individuals at the Illinois FFA Center coordinating competitive events and award opportunities under the supervision of Illinois FFA Center executive staff. Training and acquisition of workload will be negotiated with executive staff and planned to be executed over a 3-year period to ensure the successful transition of these projects. Job duties and responsibilities may be adjusted based on the strengths of the successful candidate.
Requirements:
Great people skills are required
Knowledge of the agriculture industry and agricultural education is required.
A minimum of Bachelors Degree required
Knowledge of FFA competitive events and SAEs is required
A B.S./B.A. Degree in Agricultural Education preferred
3+ years of teaching experience preferred
Knowledge of google drive and google forms is preferred.
Contract terms:
Full-time, exempt staff
Health insurance and retirement benefits are included with the position
Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000 commensurate with education and experience
Anticipated Start Date: July 2023
