One in six Americans go to bed hungry each night. For the 16^th year, Illinois Farm Bureau Young Leaders are proud to team up with Illinois Association FFA and Feeding Illinois to help more families get the food they need.

The contest application is for the chapter to list its Harvest for All events, agencies donated to, and how much food (in pounds), actual dollars, and volunteer hours donated.

Complete this form with donations collected from May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020. The application must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, May 1.

Following the final tabulation of donations, the top chapter in each section will be recognized and statewide winners will receive the following prizes:

1^st place - $150

2^nd place - $125

3^rd place - $100

4^th place - $75

5^th place - $50
