Illinois FFA Center Hours & Updates - 

The Illinois FFA Center is currently closed through May 31, 2020, by Executive Order of the Governor.  FFA Center staff will be working remotely as time and technology allow. Thank you for your patience in our delayed response.

Registration is now live on ilaged.org for Ag Business Management and Ag Communications contests.

Ag Business Management will continue to be conducted via a graded Google Form. A link will be provided to all teachers that register for the event to share with their contestants.

Job Interview finalists will be provided further instructions for uploading contest materials after advancing from the district competition.

Registration and final contest details are still being finalized with the other virtual contest hosts and will be released ASAP.

3. Illinois Corn Marketing Board Donations to your FFA chapter for water testing information

You may remember that the Illinois Corn Marketing Board is pledging donations to your local FFA chapter for water testing information submitted to their website.  This program will end on May 31.  Every test submission will trigger a $5 donation to any Illinois FFA chapter of a farmer’s choice (max of two per member). 

You are welcome to get involved as much or as little as you like, but if you chose to increase funding to your FFA chapter before the end of the school year by encouraging IL Corn Growers Association members to submit these water tests and choose your FFA from the list, your time is almost up. 

If you have questions about this program or have members in your area that need additional testing strips, please contact Megan Dwyer at mdwyer@ilcorn.org.

5. IL FFA Agriscience Fair Display Files due June 1st

Participants in the Illinois FFA Agriscience Fair must submit their display electronic files to Jennifer Waters at jwaters@ilaged.org by June 1st.
