New Business
1 – IL Agricultural Education Curriculum Update (20 minutes)
Discussion: Agribusiness library revision and focus group report, future projects
Action Item: Guide, adopt and support the revision report and future projects,
2 – ILCAE Membership and ILCAE Membership on ICAE (20 minutes)
Discussion: Resignation of Becky Ropp, ILCAE member on ICAE
Review member possibilities and suggest officers for election in August, 2020.
Action Item: Recommend to the Governor a new ILCAE member to fill the resignation.
Suggest a slate of new officers for 2020-21 starting in August.
3 – ISBE State Board Meetings and Communication (20 minutes)
Discussion: Communication to and with ISBE
Action Item: Draft letter to ISBE Superintendent. Assign members to attend board meetings.
4 – FY21 Agricultural Education Line Item Budget (20 minutes)
Discussion: Review and discuss the FY21 $5,000,000 Budget
Action Item: Recommend a FY21 Budget
