Chester High School (Section 22), is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Agriculture Education Teacher and FFA Advisor for the 2024-25 school year.
Facilities include a classroom, a metals shop and a woodworking shop. Within the program there are approximately 130 students taking an agriculture education course.
Candidates must be able to obtain licensure in the State of Illinois- Preferred agriculture certification for 6-12 grade. Candidates will be paid based on the collective bargaining agreement. This position also could also include a FFA stipend and/or Three Circles Grant.
