REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS & EVENT DETAILS

*Open - Schools may register for all divisions.

Site/Time: Rend Lake College, 468 Ken Gray Pkwy, Ina, IL 62846, starts at 10:00 a.m. (Registration starts 2 hours before the contest and ends 30 minutes before the CDE begins.)

Divisions:  High and Middle School and Alternate Divisions

Registration Details:  

• Non-competing current middle/high school observers will NOT be permitted to attend the contest.

• Early Bird Registration ends Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.  Regular Rate begins Thursday, October 3, 2024.

• Please enter the students’ names into the registration form as soon as possible and definitely before the contest.

• The maximum number on a team is 4 students for High School and Middle School. The alternate division has no limit on students.

• Special Needs Accommodations Form - Please email to swelch@illinoisffa.org by Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

• If your students are not on the roster, be sure and give them to on-site registration.

• Submitted Registrations Changes:  If your registration is submitted and the registration has not closed, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org with your changes or if you can no longer attend.  

Cost - Maximum 4 Students per team and division & Open (schools can register for all divisions)::

• IAVAT Member Fees: 

  • Early Bird Rate - All Divisions - $12/Student - Ends Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

  • Late Fee - Starting Thursday, October 3, 2024 - $20/Student 

• Non-IAVAT Member Fees:

  • Early Bird Rate - All Divisions - $48/Student -Ends Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

  • Late Fee - Starting Thursday, October 3, 2024 - $80/Student
