REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS & EVENT DETAILS

*Open - Schools may register for all divisions.

2024-2025 CDE/LDE Calendar & General Information includes all the state CDE/LDE Information for Site, Start Time, Registration and on-site Event Instructions.

Site/Time:  SIU College of Agricultural Sciences, 1205 Lincoln Dr, Carbondale, IL 62901 & Starts at 10:00 a.m. (Registration starts 2 hours before the contest and ends 30 minutes before the CDE begins.)

Divisions:  High and Middle School and Alternate Divisions

Registration Details:  

• Early Bird Registration ends Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.  Regular Rate begins on Sunday, September 15, 2024, and continues through the start of the event.

• Please enter the students’ names into the registration form as soon as possible and definitely before the contest.

• The maximum number on a team is 5 students.  The alternate division has no limit on students.

• If your students still need to be added to the roster, please email their names to pdavis@illinoisffa.org or give their names on-site at registration.

• Special Needs Accommodations Form - please email it to swelch@illinoisffa.org by Saturday, September 14, 2024.

• Non-competing current middle/high school observers will NOT be permitted to attend the contest.

Cost - Maximum 5 Students per team (no limit for Alternate Division)  *Open (All Divisions)::

• IAVAT Member Fees: 

  • Early Bird Rate - All Divisions - $12/Student - Ends Saturday, 9/14/24 11:59 p.m.

  • Late Fee - Starting Sunday, 9/15/2024 - $20/Student 

• Non-IAVAT Member Fees:

  • Early Bird Rate - All Divisions - $48/Student - Ends Saturday, 9/14/24 11:59 p.m.

  • Late Fee - Starting Sunday, 9/15/24 - $80/Student
