*Please plan to arrive by 9:15am so that all teams can get checked in and advisors can have a brief meeting prior to morning instructions and dismissing for contests.
Where: Illinois State University Bone Student Center (Brown Ballroom III)
Cost: $55/student*
*Advisors/Judges free; No separate membership dues

Fall 2025 PAS Registration. This form must be returned to jedgar@illinoisffa.org by Thursday, October 23, 2025 to participate in the event. We are looking forward to hosting this event at Illinois State University Bone Student Center on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Please note that the Animal Health/Vet Tech contest has moved from the spring to a fall event. Click here for a tentative agenda for the events. This schedule is subject to change based upon the number of entries for each event. Registration will include a catered lunch, but there will be no supper provided at the event in order to keep registration costs low and allow teams to get home sooner.
Special Notes:
-Every chapter is required to bring 1 judge/coordinator for up to 10 students competing
-1 additional judge/coordinator is required for each additional 10 students (advisors count now)
-Submit judges with registration along with their judging preferences
The PAS Board of Directors has elected to collect materials electronically, but will allow material submission through the time of on site registration. A form for material submission will be shared after registrations are submitted.
Spring Conference is being planned for Thursday, February, 12, 2026 at Heartland Community College.
