Blueprint to Best Practice:
Every great structure starts with a solid foundation, and so does every successful ag program! If you’re ready to start building SAEs into your classroom but aren’t sure where to begin, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and join Blueprint to Best Practice, a beginner-level Professional Learning Community (PLC) designed to help you construct a strong SAE program from the ground up.
Who This PLC Is Built For:
This opportunity is specifically designed for:
First- and second-year agriculture teachers
Early Career Educator License with Stipulations (ELS) teachers
If you’re new to the profession or still laying the groundwork for your SAE program, this PLC is made for you!
What to Expect:
Blueprint Basics – Learn the essential building blocks of SAE and why they matter.
Tools & Materials – Access classroom-ready resources, templates, and step-by-step guides.
Builder’s Support Crew – Meet once a month (virtually) with your project leaders and a team of amazing mentor teachers who have been in your shoes and are ready to share real-world advice, tips, and proven strategies.
Finishing Touches – Gain confidence as you expand and strengthen your SAE program over time.
Structure:
Monthly virtual meetings with project leaders and mentor teachers
Light pre- and post-work each month to help you build your program brick by brick
24 hours of Professional Development credit upon completion
