FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2026: STARTS 9:00 A.M.

SITE:  Black Hawk College East Campus, 26230 Black Hawk Rd, Galva, IL 61434

  • Mandatory Registration: Reasons Varsity Division: Maximum # on a Team: 4 Students

  • High & Middle School: Non-Reasons: Maximum # on a Team 4: Early Bird Registration Ends Friday, January 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.  Please make necessary changes/deletions during the early bird registration period. The Regular Rate begins on Saturday, January 24th at midnight. *Open Division

  • Early Bird-submitted registrations can be changed before the registration deadline.

  • Once the mandatory registration ends or regular rate registration begins, and you have changes or deletions, please utilize the Trading Post. Once both schools agree on the “trade”, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org to make the necessary changes to your registrations when you trade them and update the colors on the Trading Post accordingly.

  • Please enter the students’ names into the registration form before the contest.

  • Non-Reasons Early Bird Rate: All Divisions - $15/Student: Ends 1/23/26, at 11:59 p.m.; Regular Rate: $25/Student: Starts 1/24/26 

Non-IAVAT Member Fees:

  • Varsity Reasons Mandatory Registration: $100/Student: Ends 1/23/26, at 11:59 p.m.

  • Non-Reasons Early Bird Rate: All Divisions - $60/Student: Ends January 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.; Regular Rate:$100/Student:  Starts 1/24/26.

  • The maximum number of students on a team is 4 for the Varsity Division. The alternate division has no limit on the number of students.
