The FY 2026 Agricultural Education - Three Circles (FFA and SAE) grant is now fully
funded. All allocations should be at 100%(IWAS) system.
All eligible applicants who received an allocation change must create and submit an
amendment through the IWAS system.
Remember to unlock your application, upload a completed budget worksheet, and the figures you place
in your IWAS amendment budget detail page must match the figures from the
worksheet.
Don’t forget to save your changes. If saving is not an option, double check that you unlocked the application before making changes on your amendment.
If you were expecting an upward allocation and your budget allocation has not changed,
or if you new allocation is not correct, please reach out to you FCAE Program Advisor or
directly to Jason Mott at ISBE.
