What if your students could get a jump start on in-demand skilled trades training before they graduate high school—and be ready to complete training in less than six months after graduation? That’s exactly what the High School Share Program at Lincoln Technical Institute makes possible.

This program allows juniors and seniors to attend Lincoln Tech part-time while enrolled in high school, gaining hands-on experience in fields such as Automotive, Diesel, HVAC, Welding, Electrical, Medical Assisting, or Dental Assisting.

Key benefits of the Lincoln Tech High School Share Program include:

  • No tuition cost to students because funding and transportation are covered by the sending school

  • Hands-on career-focused learning that enhances traditional high school education

  • Access to industry tools, expert instructors, and employer partnersis  rarely available in a typical classroom

  • Accelerated pathways to the workforce with reduced post-secondary costs

  • A turnkey solution for schools to offer high-demand skilled trades training without the expense or complexity of developing their own program

Lincoln Tech partners with high schools to deliver this program in ways that complement existing curricula or serve as a ready-made career program option, preparing students for real-world success.

Now is the time to begin planning for Fall 2026 engagement.  Let’s discuss how your school can bring this opportunity to your students.
