Trico High School, in Section 24, located in Campbell Hill, is seeking a qualified and motivated high school teacher to instruct courses in either Industrial Arts or Agriculture Education. The newly hired educator will work with current Ag Teacher, Mr. Jason Huseman. The teaching assignment may include classes such as Welding, Introduction to Industrial Arts/Agriculture, and Construction. Exact course assignments will be determined based on the successful candidate’s licensure, experience, and current school needs. This position offers an opportunity to work with hands-on, career-focused programs that prepare students for postsecondary education, skilled trades, and the workforce.
Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
Proper endorsement in Industrial Arts or Agriculture Education
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Strong classroom management and instructional skills
Commitment to student learning and career readiness
Salary/Benefits:
Salary is determined by the collective bargaining agreement.
