This workshop will guide advisors and educators through effective strategies for preparing students for all components of the Dairy Foods Career Development Event (CDE). Participants will explore best practices for teaching milk flavor identification, cheese evaluation, dairy versus non-dairy product analysis, and preparation for the written exam. The session will also include guidance on developing a realistic practice timeline and tips for organizing and hosting a successful Dairy Foods CDE contest.
