Registration and competition will be by appointment. Email the District Director to confirm times.

• District II: Joliet Junior College, 1215 Houbolt Rd, Joliet, IL

• District III: Lincoln Land Comm College, Kreher Ag Ctr, 2550 Foundation Dr, Springfield

• District IV: Unity Tolono High School, 1127 County Rd 800, Tolono, IL

• District V: Wabash Valley College, 2200 College Dr, Mt. Carmel, IL

• District V: Okawville High School, 400 S Hanover St, Okawville, IL

Registration Information:

• Register at JudgingCard.com

• The maximum number of students per team is 5.

• No minimum on Alternate Division

• Please enter student names in the registration form before the contest

• CARE Forms must be completed for Students’ Names to be in JudgingCard.

Mandatory Registration Deadline: Monday, May 4, 2026

• IAVAT Member Fees (Varsity and Alternate): $15 per student

• Non-IAVAT Member Fees (Varsity and Alternate): $25 per student

• Special Needs Accommodations:

  Submit form to swelch@illinoisffa.org by April 10, 2026

• Once both schools agree to a trade:

  • Update Trading Post status/colors

• Observers:  Non-competing middle/high school students are not permitted
