HOT, HOT, HOT - Chapter Showcase & Share - Click here to sign up to bring your Chapter Showcase Display. DUE MAY 15, 2026 - THAT’S THIS FRIDAY!
The Chapter Showcase will be held in our “Showcase and Share” Room, B6 in the Lower Level of the Bank of Springfield Center. Each chapter may use 1 trifold presentation board for its display, which will remain up throughout the convention. Chapters may set up their display from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday (6/9). There are two 1-hour time slots, 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. On Wednesday, we ask that 2 members from each chapter manage their display to answer questions and interact with attendees as they cycle through the room. WE WANT LOTS of Chapters to SHARE, it’s a great way to see what’s going on throughout Illinois! PLEASE sign up to SHARE!

2 Complimentary Registrations
Delegate Names & T-Shirt Sizes must be added to the convention registration.
T-Shirt Sizes are required by May 15th to guarantee two convention t-shirts in your chapter packets for the delegates.
Delegates need to attend for voting on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 7:30 a.m.
Delegate Registrations can be purchased on-site, but they will not receive a convention t-shirt.

Illinois FFA Alumni and Supporters John Deere Gator Raffle Sold Tickets
FY27 Section Fair Contracts
All FFA Chapters, please complete the FY27 Section Fair Contract now for Section Fairs held July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027. We ask that if you are not sure if you’ll compete in a section fair, you complete it anyway. If you do not complete a fair contract, and then you decide to compete, you will not receive premiums.
These signed contracts are tentatively due Friday, May 22, 2026. Please review these section fair contract instructions, especially the section about the EIN #. The EIN # is a 9-digit number, and it doesn’t begin with “E”.
Once the new Ag Ed Fair Tool (website) is ready, you will upload all 3 pages of the signed section fair contract to it (please do not email them to the IL FFA Center). For contract questions, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org.
State FFA Convention Pre-Registration Ends Friday, May 15, 2026
The State FFA Convention Pre-Registration and Complimentary Tickets Form must be completed by Friday, May 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Please review the pre-registration instructions carefully, especially the sections about complimentary registration and meal tickets (meal tickets will be unavailable after May 15th). We do not need names for guest registrations/meals. There is no limit to the number of guest registrations for meals.
After this deadline, you will no longer be able to:
Purchase or receive complimentary meal tickets.
Submit Delegate T-shirt sizes
Delegate Names: Are delegates’ names not appearing in JudgingCard? Then their CARE Forms are not complete. Please have these completed and add the names by May 22, 2026.
Food Allergies Form: If anyone attending the convention meals has food allergies, please complete this form by May 15, 2026. Band/Chorus, American Degree Recipient, and State Awards Luncheon.
Payments: Please send payments to the Illinois FFA by bringing them to the convention or mailing them to the IL FFA Center by June 19, 2026. Please note that CDE payments still go to JudgingCard.
JudgingCard for Convention: Starting May 16, 2026:
The State FFA Convention Registration will remain open, and you can add registrations/bus passes. You will not be able to add any meal tickets or delete registrations. If you need to delete a bus pass or convention registrations, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org. Meal tickets cannot be deleted.
Cancellation Deadline: We cannot accept cancellations after May 27, 2026.
3. IL FFA Alumni and Supporters Sold John Deere Gator Raffle Tickets
We would like to thank everyone who has bought or sold the Alumni John Deere Gator raffle tickets. Please submit all sold tickets and payment using one of the following options:
Mail by June 1, 2026, via Priority Mail to: IL FFA Alumni, 3221 Northfield Drive, Springfield, IL 62702
Bring them to the Illinois FFA State Convention in a sealed envelope and deliver them to the Registration Area in the BOS Center lobby. Please give the envelope directly to Patti Davis no later than Wednesday, June 9, 2026.
Important: Please do not leave tickets or payments at the raffle table or merchandise booth. Thank you for your support of the Illinois FFA Alumni and Supporters!
