Auburn Community Unit School District, in Section 14, is looking to fill a High School Agriculture Teacher position for the 2026-2027 school year. The hired candidate will serve as the leader of the Auburn Agriculture Program and Auburn FFA Chapter at Auburn High School.
This full-time position includes providing agricultural instruction for students in grades 9-12. Current course offerings include Ag Mechanics, Animal Science, Introduction to Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Ag Business, and Ag Science. Additional responsibilities include serving as the Auburn FFA Advisor, organizing and supervising student participation in FFA competitions, conventions, and leadership activities throughout the school year.
This teaching position requires proper Illinois certification and licensure in Agricultural Education or a related field.
Salary and benefits are provided according to the Auburn Community Unit School District #10 negotiated contract.
