Illinois Ag Ed Deadline Reminder System
Back by popular demand is the Illinois Ag Ed Deadline Reminder System! This system sends text message reminders of important deadlines. You will receive a friendly reminder one week prior to the deadline and one day before the deadline. The message will also contain links to lead you right where you need to be. Any reminders that are scheduled to go out on a holiday will be sent the day before or after and will be noted in the message.
This morning, teachers should have received a message that began, “Welcome to the Illinois Agricultural Education by Apptegy.” All teachers and state staff who provided their cell phone number in AET should have received this first message, which also sent a reminder about the Elite Conference Registration deadline.
If you did not receive this text message and would like to please email mcoy@ilaged.org, and I will add you to the system.
If you do not want to receive these reminder text messages please follow the directions in the text message and reply STOP to be removed from the reminder system.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
**If you did not receive the text message this morning, but your phone number is in AET, please check your spam text messages. A few have found that it was sent there.
**If your school or your child’s school uses Apptegy, you may have noticed the text came from the same number. If you text STOP, you will be opting out of both systems (ours and your school’s). If you are in this situation and would like to stop receiving our text messages, please send me an email (mcoy@ilaged.org) and I can update that in our system without it effecting your messages from other Apptegy users.
