As you make National FFA Convention plans, we are excited to offer two opportunities to gather for good food and fellowship with other Illinois FFA chapters for lunches near Lucas Oil Stadium. Radius (a venue across the street from Lucas Oil stadium) has been booked both Thursday and Friday over the lunch hour. Thursday’s lunch will be Fazoli’s ($17/person for pasta, breadsticks, salad, dessert, and drink) and Friday will be Cracker Barrel ($21/person for chicken tenders, mac n cheese, dumplins, bread, dessert, and drink). Due to the significant number of people we’re feeding and in an attempt to keep costs as low as possible, we will not be able to provide alternate catering for individual dietary restrictions. If any of your members have dietary restrictions, they are welcome to DoorDash a separate meal to the venue so they can still eat with the rest of your members (should not be included in the count submitted and paid for on links below). Each link below is to sign up for a 30-40 minute meal shift arrival time (credit card payment required at time of registration). There will be a check-in table where someone will need to show their receipt for the number of meals purchased, and then members will get food from one of multiple buffet lines. Seating in the venue is limited, so all participants are asked to eat and then clean their trash and tables within 30-40 minutes of arrival to allow future meal shifts space to eat. There is an outdoor area that those finished eating are welcome to hang out to socialize beyond assigned meal shifts. The forms will remain open until October 7, however, we expect space to sell out quickly, so please register ASAP. No refunds will be possible after registration closes on October 7. If there are not enough seats available in the meal shift you select, feel free to add seats in the adjacent meal shift and split the difference in time that your group arrives. Additional meal shifts may be opened up if all spots are filled in these initial shifts.
