Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 7th, 2026 at 3pm

On-site registration will begin at 4:30pm. The event will start promptly at 5:00pm. 

Each school is limited to 1 varsity team for this contest. You can sign up for as many junior varisty teams as you would like. Teams consist of 4 participants, and all 4 scores will count towards the team score.

This conest will follow the state rules.

The contest will include the team event scenario, written test, math practicum, food safety and quality practicum, and both sensory evaluation practicums: triangle tests and aromas. 

Cost: $25 per team
