Can you believe that your first year of teaching is coming to an end?  You have nearly made it through your first year!  You are definitely ROCK STARS and we want to help you celebrate your successes and get ready for a great 2nd year!

So let's think ahead to the coming school year.....what could you change to make your life easier? What tips and tricks do others have to share with you? What are you doing that you could share with others? This workshop will be the perfect opportunity to tackle those questions, meet up with all of your other new teacher friends, and spend some time developing your curriculum plans and lessons for the coming year.

Join us on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 11-12, 2023 at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield.  Hotel rooms will be covered 50%, if rooming alone, or 100% if sharing with a roommate.  Meals will also be covered. You will also receive one graduate credit from the University of Illinois for completing this course. More information will be shared about the requirements of the course and how to register at a later date.
