Congratulations to all teams competing in the 2021 State Dairy Cattle Evaluation and Food Science Career Development Events. Many thanks go out to our Food Science contest host, Southern Illinois University - Carbondale, Mr. Howard Heavner (SIU), Mr. Luke Allen (FCAE), and Ms. Rachel Wright (SIU). Many thanks go out to Mr. David Fischer (IL Extension), Mr. Aaron Heinzmann (KC), the Kaskaskia College Dairy Judging Team, IAVAT Board members, and our many partners providing videos of their livestock for the 2021 Dairy Cattle Evaluation contest.
