Our Invitational Food Science Event will be on Wednesday and there will be some changes. We will not be requiring your teams to physically mix the ingredients for the team project. We will have the teams answer questions in the same manner as in the past on paper. We will not be using google slides as we did for the State CDE this past April.
We do plan on doing aromas and triangle test. We will likely do the aroma section of the event outdoors.
We will explain the event before it starts. It is our intent to conduct this event is as similar fashion as possible.
Every student will be required to wear a mask while inside our building.
