"Original List Serv"

The Illinois Assocation of Meat Processors and the University of Illinois Meats Judging Team are collaborating to create a series of invitational meats judging contest in the 2022. This is open to all FFA and 4-H Youth. These locations are stretch throughout the state. The goal is to increase access and opportunities to build skills in meats evaluation. Each contest will include a clinic.  Mark your calendars and look for more information to come.
