Good morning/almost afternoon!

I hope this email finds you well, please click here to see the list of National Chapter Award applications that have been submitted so far today, March 31, 2022, at 11:17 a.m.  I will do my best to check AET on a regular basis and keep the list updated.  

Before emailing about checking on your app follow these steps: 

1. Check my list one more time…if you read this now and sit down to email this afternoon, likely the list will be updated.  

2. If your application still isn’t there, follow the steps to submit it again, but as you do, double-check the name of the application - many of you have had your first name in that blank instead of the Chapter name.  I have fixed the ones submitted that way so far, but please double-check that. When you open the application, just click on the cover page and see what’s in the blank for Complete FFA Chapter Name.  

What are the steps to submitting?  

1. Reports

2. Degree Application Manager 

3. ***Check the Name of your application when you open it on the cover page

4. Click on the green Submissions List and Feedback - top middle of the page

5. Find National Chapter Award (Starting 2021-22)

6. Click on Edit List for IL 2022 National Chapter Award for submitting a completed application to be ranked.  

7. OR

8. Click on Edit List for IL 2022 Superior Chapter (Form I) for Form 1 only.  

9. When that screen opens - click on BROWSE

10. Then ADD your application

Now wait an hour or more and then go back and check the link with the list of applications received so far, this is a google list that I will do my best to update regularly throughout the day.  

If your school isn’t on the list and should be by tomorrow afternoon, email me and I will help you through any challenges or issues we may be facing.  

We still need LOTS of judges, not just a few, LOTS more judges.  We must have at least 27 for Round 2 and the more we have in Round 1, the fewer applications each judge has to review, so please consider signing up to judge.  Click here if you are willing or interested in judging the National Chapter Award Applications.  Round 1 judging will take place online, it will begin on April 7, 2022, and is to be completed by April 13, 2022.  Round 2 judging will also take place online and begins on April 19, 2022, and is to be completed by April 25, 2022.
