TIMELINE:

9:00 am -- 9:30  Registration and practice pit 

9:30 -- 10:00 Practice pit discussion with soil scientist 

10:00 to 11:40 contest (2 Ag Pits, 2 Home site pits)

12:00– 12:45 lunch

12:45-2:00 Ag Career Stations, conclude

There will be 2 home sites and 2 ag sites.

Section 7: Please send an estimate of numbers to jeffmaierhofer@senecahs.org no later than Sept 14th, Please confirm the numbers by September 23rd.

Don’t forget to sign up on ILAGED 

Spray Bottle (There will be one at each hole)

Trowel (There will be one at each hole)

Measuring tape (There will be a yardstick at each hole)

Wear shoes or boots to walk in a field and soil pit. Clipboards recommended.
See attached map. Park parallel in circle drive after dropping students in the large new loading shed.

Dress in layers

Watch the forecast for rain & bring raincoats if necessary, contest will be held rain or shine. Gallon Ziplock bags work well to cover clipboards.
