Illinois FFA Holiday Shirt information!

 

Help your FFA chapter support the Illinois FFA Foundation by purchasing this year's Illinois FFA Holiday Shirt! Use this customizable order form (make a copy) and edit it to your needs. (ex: due date, who to make your checks to, etc). 

 

Additional information: 

1. All orders must be submitted by 5:00pm on Monday, November 28th. If paying with a check, I do not need payment then, only the order. Payment must be received before your order is shipped.
2. Please only submit one order per school/organization.
3. Orders can be placed through the Mt. Vernon FFA (pay by check) or online (credit card). I will add the link to pay by card to the information sheet once it's finalized. If paying with a check, email me your order (crogier@mvths.org).
4. Shipping - I did a rough estimate based on what has been done in the past. In the event that your chapter's shipping costs more, I will take it out of your chapter's donation total to the Foundation.
5. Delivery at State Agronomy & Dairy Foods - to save on shipping, if you are going to the state agronomy and dairy foods, my chapter can deliver there.
