RESULTS OF THE DISTRICT 5 FFA AGRISCIENCE FAIR

Four schools participated: Carbondale, Cisne, DuQuoin, Grayville with  projects and 31 students. Thank you to Shannon Emmons, Bunge SCF Grain at McLeansboro($550).

2- Cisne: Ashley Cook, Food Products and Processing Systems

3- Grayville: Santiago Ramirez, Power, Structural and Technical Systems

4- Cisne: Addisyn Hutchcraft, Food Products and Processing Systems

5- DuQuoin: Chloe Speck, Food Products and Processing Systems 

Individual category winners-

-Social Science- no entries 

The top 7 projects received cash awards of:  $50, $45, $40, $35, $30, $25, $20,  8-20 places $10/each, 21-31 places $7/each.  Each student also received a framed certificate.

This event was hosted at Mt. Vernon High School in conjunction with the District 5 FFA Proficiency Awards Judging.  The quality of projects and competition by students were very good again this year.
