CONVENTION TIP of the DAY for Thursday, June 8, 2023 - Take A Chance On Winning…..

Working on your summer gardening? How about spending time with man’s best friend? What about that summer vacation or a shopping spree at Scheels you have always dreamed about? Or do you simply need more FFA gear? If so, the Foundation Committee and the Illinois Foundation FFA have just the thing for you.  

On Tuesday, June 13th, and Wednesday, June 14th, the Foundation will be selling raffle tickets for the following eight baskets:

Baskets

• Bark Box Basket (Super Chewer Dog Toys, Dog Treats, and 2 Water Guns)

• Cozy Home Basket (Alpaca products, goat's milk soap, popcorn popper, and popcorn, welcome sign etc.)

• Gardening Basket (Hose, shovel, gardening auger, seed, potting soil, rain gauge, etc.)

• Showing Livestock Basket (Andie's clippers and blades, Honor Show Feed coupon, Purina 2 qt bucket, Earlybird Merchandise Sweatshirts etc.)

• All things FFA Basket (All things FFA)

• Horse Creek Outfitters Basket (Items from Horse Creek Outfitters) 

• Major State Officers Basket (A little piece from each 2022-2023 Major State Officer)

• No Worries - Spa Day Basket (Nothing Bundt Cakes Gift Card, Walker’s Bluff Gift Card, Vera Bradley Beach Bundle, etc).

• Dekalb - Excel Basket (DEKALB Asgrow 25qt Mammoth Cooler & Excel Bottling Company Products)

• Metal FFA Bench

• Scheels Basket ($500 Scheels gift card & 2 40oz Chicago Bears Tumblers

• Weekend Getaway Basket (Holiday World tickets, Cardinals tickets, White Sox tickets, gift cards, etc.)

Ticket Price

It only takes $1.00 for a chance to win big at the 95th Annual Illinois FFA State Convention.

The Illinois Foundation FFA’s Associate Director’s arm length (30 Tickets) for $20.00

*Please note tickets can only be purchased by cash.

Raffle Location

The Foundation will be displaying the baskets and selling tickets in the lobby of the Bank of Springfield Center. Not sure where to find the booth? Just look for the “Illinois Foundation FFA - Raffle” signage inside the Convention Hall, or ask a Cortsey Cor member to point you in the right direction.

Drawings

Raffle winners will be announced during the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th General Sessions.

Pick-Up

Baskets must be picked up before 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 15th, from the VIP Room.
