A note from the event organizer:
This is the second annual Mt. Vernon FFA Farm Toy Show. All farm toy and craft vendors are welcome to join. Proceeds from the event will directly support the Mt. Vernon FFA and Alumni. Food trucks will be available, a live consignment auction will take place, and all vendors will be in the gym at Mt. Vernon High School. We have received many generous donations from local agricultural businesses and some of our vendors. If any of you would like to donate a toy for the auction, you are not obligated, but it is appreciated. For the auction we will have our first lot with strictly donated items. However, the rest of the lots will be items from private sellers. Anyone that wishes to sell anything in the auction will receive all profits after a 15% commission. That commission will go directly back to the FFA chapter.
Our big ticket items that we are raffling off is a John Deere 8R 410 pedal tractor. As well as a Case IH 400 magnum pedal tractor. Ticket prices will be 1 for $1, 6 for $5, and arms length (30 tickets) for $25. You will not have to be present to win.
