
Galatia High School, located in Section 25, is seeking a full-time agriculture teacher for the 2022-2023 school year. This agriculture program will be a three-teacher program, therefore the newly hired will work with Mr. Tim Arnold and Mr. Jim Richey. Facilities include classrooms, a mechanic shop, a greenhouse, a field plot, and a food science lab.
Within the program, there were 111 students who took an agriculture education course during the 2022-23 year.
The new candidate would be responsible for teaching high school and junior high food science classes and other electives as determined by the needs of the district.
