Good morning, fair managers!
The state notified us this morning that Pro-Rata has been determined and the programmer was able to get it added to the website already.
Pro-Rata: $309.84
Budget: $13,000
The Department of Ag will be mailing checks to each fair manager for your pro-rata payments within the next couple weeks, be on the lookout. You may want to give your school office a heads-up. I believe they will come as checks, but if your school has opted for electronic payment, let your bookkeeper know to be on the lookout for a $309.84 payment.
You (fair managers) are to pay out the funds you are about to receive by check to the first students listed on the first fair report that you submit. The system should assign students from your school to receive them, but that's not always the case. Check your fair report and pay out accordingly.
IF your section has already held your fair, please finalize your fair report and get your notary signature then scan and EMAIL to both me AND Jeannette Watkins. You have 30 days from today to submit for any fair that has already occurred, and going forward you have 30 days from the date of the fair to submit.
