Stark County High School (District 1)- Agriculture Teacher and FFA Advisor

Stark County High School, located in Section 3, is seeking a full-time agriculture teacher and FFA advisor teacher for start of the 2020-2021 school year.  Agriculture courses include Introduction to Agriculture, Basic Ag Science, Ag Business Management, Ag Construction and Technology, Ag Mechanics and Technology, and BSAA- Plant and Animal Science, and 8th grade Ag.

Stark County has integrated 1:1 computer technology within their district and the agricultural facilities include a SMART board, mechanics shop, lab science space, plant production lab, and landscaping lab areas.  The Stark County community and administration are extremely supportive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Agricultural Education and must possess, or be eligible for, a valid Illinois Professional Educator’s License with endorsements in Secondary Education and Agricultural Education.
