Please find attached a registration form for the 2023 Illinois PAS Fall Conference. This form must be returned to jedgar@illinoisffa.org by Tuesday, November 7, 2023 to participate in the event. We are looking forward to hosting this event at Illinois State University Hancock Stadium on Thursday, November 16, 2023. Contests to be held during the event include Employment Interview, Career Planning/Progress, Crops, Ag Sales, Equine, Landscape/Horticulture, Farm Business Management, and Ag Ed. Please note that registration will include a catered lunch, but there will be no supper provided at the event in order to keep registration costs low and allow teams to get home sooner.
Special Notes:
Please be sure to review Employment Interview and Career Planning/Progress areas. These have been updated to align with National PAS areas and are significantly different from past areas.
Please note that Crops and Soils have been flipped to now host Crops in the fall and Soils in the spring.
Please note the addition of Farm Business Management as a new Illinois PAS event this fall.
Please be sure to have 2 copies of Employment Interview, Career Planning/Progress, and Ag Ed lesson plan materials printed to submit during on site registration. Materials not printed and turned in by 10am will receive a point deduction.
Save the Date! We are also planning to host a Spring 2024 Conference at Heartland Community College on Thursday, February 8, 2024 including Livestock, College Bowl, Soils, Prepared and Impromptu Speaking, Dairy, Greenhouse, Precision Ag, Animal Health/Vet Tech, and Ag Promotion & Marketing contests.
