FULL – TIME AGRICULTURE INSTRUCTOR

QUALIFICATIONS: Highland Community College is seeking a full-time tenure-track
Agriculture Instructor beginning the Fall 2024 semester. This is a new position, and the selected candidate will join a team of two existing full-time instructors. The successful candidate will have a either a master’s degree, a doctorate degree, or extensive work experience in animal
science, veterinary science, agribusiness, agricultural/precision
technology, agricultural mechanics, crop and soil science, horticulture,
agricultural education, or related field. Teaching assignments may be
flexible and depend on the strengths and experiences of the instructor.
Participation in activities related to recruitment, retention, and program
promotion are also part of this position.
