Registration: 8:00-9:30; Start Time: 10:00 a.m. – For Livestock, please plan to be at the farm by 9:30 for assignments and so that we can start on-time.
All of these CDE's can have 5 on a team:
Livestock Reasons – IAVAT Member - $20; Non-IAVAT Member - $80. Mandatory Registration closes on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Official Dress - *Closed – Schools can only register for one division.
Horticulture – IAVAT Member - $12 p/p; Non-IAVAT Member - $48 p/p. Mandatory Registration closes on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
Livestock Non-Reasons – Early Bird Registration - IAVAT Member - $12 p/p; Non-IAVAT Member - $48 p/p; April 6, 2024 Regular Rate: IAVAT Member - $20 p/p; Non-IAVAT Member - $80 p/p. *Closed – Schools can only register for one division.

Submitted Registrations for Livestock Reasons/Horticulture – Changes/Cancellations must be made by Friday, April 5, 2024 and Livestock Non-Reasons & Poultry Changes/Cancellations must be made by Friday, April 19, 2024 - If you need to make changes, please contact Patti Davis at pdavis@illinoisffa.org or (217) 753-3328 Ext. 107 to send your registration back to you for editing. After making the changes, please be sure to submit your registration.
Entering Students' Names - You can enter the student(s) names while registering or just register the total number of students, and come back later to add the students' names. If the registration closes, you can find the event under Past Events to add your students' names. Please submit the names the day before the event.
Special Accommodations Form - Do you have student(s) that need help during the contest for vision or any other disability issues? The form is located under Documents. If so, please complete this form and email it to pdavis@illinoisffa.org by April 5, 2024.
Trading Post - The Trading Post can be used for Reasons & Horticulture after their registration closes. Please be sure to pay the school that you buy the spots from, and the original school pays the IAVAT.
Assignments - Please choose an assignment on the registration listing or you will be assigned an assignment. For multiple teacher programs, please wait until the other teacher chooses an assignment before submitting the registration. Chaperones can choose an assignment the day of the event. For any changes/deletions, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org. If your students are attending with another school, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org so that I do not give you an assignment.
